Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to US addresses and Japan at this time.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship your orders within 2 business days. Most orders are shipped via USPS, Global Advantage or Priority Mail. Orders are shipped from Texas.

How do I track my order?

You will received a tracking number upon shipping and it can be tracked via USPS.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at hello@cotton-studio.com within 30 days of receipt. Some items are not eligible for returns. Please see here.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 7-10 days to process your return.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Do you cut continuous yardages?

Most fabrics are sold in 1/2 yard increments. If there is an issue with cutting a continuous piece, we will notify you before shipping your order. Precut fabrics are already cut.

Do you offer a special cut?

Yes! Please contact us.

Where are you located?

We are located DFW area in Texas.

Can I change or add my order?

Yes, please contact us at hello@cotton-studio.con. We can combine or change your order if your order is not shipped yet.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders that ships to Texas addresses are charged a sales tax. Orders to out of state addresses will not be charged sales tax.
